Accessing Services
Families must be referred by a health or social care professional or support worker.
The following referral criteria apply;
- Financial Deprivation
- Physical Disability
- Learning Disability
- Mental Health Problem
or any other factor affecting the carer's ability to create a safe environment for the child.
A small donation towards the cost of some equipment is requested by the Fitter on installation.
Referrals must be submitted on the Cot-age Referral form - available on application to organisations working with families in need living within our operational area.
